Advanced Search in AtFusionDB

This page is designed to facilitate the user to search AtFusionDB using multiple queries joined by logical operators like AND / OR / != / >= / <=. For more information go to HELP page.


Explanation for Advanced Search CONDITIONAL SEARCH can be used for more refined query in AtFusionDB. For instance,if user come up with the following questions pre hand and wants to SEARCH:

Gene-Fusion to be TPL_TPR1 only, such that tissue must be like seedling with the EricScore >= 0.5 and the fusion type between these two genes must be intra-chromosomal only.

So, by clicking Submit button, user can get desired output.
In a similar way, query can be extended using "Add" button and reduced using "Remove" button.
