Advanced Physico-Chemical Search


This advanced search module is designed to facilitate the user to search PlantPepDB using multiple queries joined by logical operators like AND / OR / != / > / < / =, on the basis of physicochemical properties. For more information, please visit HELP page.



Explanation for Advanced Search CONDITIONAL SEARCH can be used for more refined query in PlantPepDB. For instance, if the user comes up with the following questions pre handed and wants to SEARCH:

PPepDB_ID like PPepDB_10 with Aliphatic Index < 65, Isoelectric point > 4.5 & GRAVY index > -1.5

Therefore, by clicking Submit button, user will get the matching output.
In a similar way, query can be extended using "Add" button and reduced using "Remove" button. Conditions can also be applied to make more complex queries using operators like !=, >, =, LIKE and >
