Amino Acid Composition Search

This page is designed to search the peptides with desired amino acids composition. Here, the user can select composition range for an amino acid. User can either search peptides based on amino acid count or amino acid percentage. For example, if the user wish to know all peptides having more than 2% composition of Alanine then they have to select search by amino acid frequency and set minimum value for alanine as 2.
