This page is designed to facilitate the users to search PlantPepDB using multiple queries joined by logical operators like AND / OR / != / > / <. Users can add additional filds to search more complex queries or can also remove filds to simplify the query. For more information, please visit HELP page.



Explanation for Advanced Search CONDITIONAL SEARCH can be used for more refined query in PlantPepDB. For instance, if user come up with the following questions pre hand and wants to SEARCH:

PPepDB_ID PPepDB_2383 which possess Antimicrobial activity from Arabidopsis thaliana plant and belongs to Defensin family.

Therefore, by clicking Submit button, user will get the matching output.
In a similar way, query can be extended using "Add" button and reduced using "Remove" button. Conditions can also be applied to make more complex queries using operators like !=, >= and >=
