Advanced Search



This page is designed to facilitate the user to search PtncRNAdb using multiple queries joined by logical operators like AND/OR/>=/<=. For more information go to HELP page.


Explaination for Advanced Search CONDITIONAL SEARCH can be used for more refined query in PtncRNAdb. For instance,if user come up with the following questions pre hand and wants to SEARCH:

Organism to be Cicer arietinum only, such that protein must be of tissue seedling.

So, by clicking Submit button, user can get desired output.
In a similar way, query can be extended using "Add" button and reduced using "Remove" button.
