The browse module allows the user to browse the information of PtRNAdb by tRNA gene length or by individual plant species. For tRNA gene length, various sequence length ranges are available. The maximum number of tRNAs will be in between 70 to 85, hence, the results of these ranges might take some time to display. Other option to browse PtRNAdb is by plant family, in which user has to select a plant family followed by a single plant name for which a detailed result page will be displayed.
