PtRNAdb Search


PtRNAdb search module is designed for user to search this database using different combination of search terms or a single query also. Available search options include : Genome, Plant category or Plant Name, Amino acid, Anticodons and Infernal Score Range. By default, the "Nuclear" category in the "Search by Genome" option is selected and "Infernal score" is set to maximum. If the user does not select any option then all the data of tRNAs from Nuclear genome present in PtRNAdb will be the output. With some combinations, the output page might take some time to display results, depending on the size of the output. Kindly read the NOTES carefully.



Search by Genome:   Nuclear Plastid Mitochondrial

NOTE: In case the user do not select any search option apart from the default, then the output might take time to display all the results because of large number of output entires.



Search by Plant Category:   Algae Bryophyte Monocot Dicot

NOTE: In case the user selects any of the plant category then the output page might take few seconds to display the results, since, the number of results will increase significantly and this might take some time.


Search by Plant Name:  

NOTE: Searching by individual plant is much faster since it is a more focused search and number of output entries are less.
