This page shows the results of the consensus study based on the isoacceptor or isodecoder selected by the user on the previous page. The phylogenetic tree shows the consensus sequence alignment along with the phylogenetic tree. Below the tree, there are two images, on the left side is the consensus alignment of all the isoacceptors or isodecoders of the respective plant and on the right side is the tRNA consensus structure based on the alignment. In the phylogenetic tree and consensus alignment, the red colored name indicates the particular entry that was selected by the user in the previous page.
