BLAST Search in MedProDB
This module is developed to find regions of similarity between the user input and MedProDB database sequences using Blastp. Enter protein sequences in fasta format only. Here, user can select different E-values before searching and can also provide fasta sequence file using browse option. For more information see HELP page.
