Advanced Search in PtRFdb

This page is designed to facilitate the user to search PtRFdb using multiple queries joined by logical operators like AND/OR. For more information see HELP page.


  • Explanation for Advanced Search
      CONDITIONAL SEARCH can be used for more refined query in PtRFdb. For instance, if user comes up with the following questions pre-hand and wants to SEARCH:

      • tRF type to be tRF-1 only, such that tissue must be like shoot in organism like Arabidopsis where PMID must be 19854858.


      • So, by clicking Submit user can get desired output.
        In a similar way, query can be extended using "Add" button and can be reduced using "Remove" button.
