Submit Peptide Sequence for Activity Prediction

The presented module will help to classify query sequences into four activities namely, antimicrobial, antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral. The classification is based upon four integrated SVM models of each activity. Users can enter peptide sequences in fasta format in a given textbox area or may upload the peptide fasta file of size upto 2MB. This module might take some time depending on the input file size.
