Advanced Search in AlnC
This page is designed to facilitate the user to search the lncRNAs in AlnC by using multiple queries joined by logical operators like AND/OR/>=/<=. Here, user can increase or decrease the number of combination for queries to search the particular type of lncRNAs.

CONDITIONAL SEARCH can be used for more refined query in AlnC. For instance,if user come up with the following questions pre hand and wants to SEARCH:
Plant to be Acorus americanus only, such that tissue must be like whole shoot (no flower) and rhizome with the lncRNA Length = 298 and the Non-coding Probability must be equal to 0.923.
So, by clicking Submit button, user can get desired output.
In a similar way, query can be extended using "Add" button and reduced using "Remove" button.
