PbtRF Database

This search feature is designed to be both simple and user-friendly, offering six dropdown menu options: Sequence, tRF Type, Amino Acid, Anticodon, Modifications, and Differentially Expressed tRFs. Based on your selections, the search will display relevant results such as SRA Accession IDs, tRF Type, Tissue, Development Stage, log2 Fold Change, and more.

This module allows users to search for tRFs within the PbtRF database by selecting a specific species. Users can refine their search by filtering through various criteria, including Tissue, Anticodon, Amino Acid, and Stress, enabling targeted retrieval of tRF data specific to their research needs.

This module offers an interactive experience for exploring the reference genome, GFF3 annotations, and detected tRFs within the species. Users can easily navigate through different tracks to visualize tRFs alongside genomic features and other relevant data, enhancing their understanding of the genetic landscape.
